SHIPPING POLICY
The following terms and conditions are applicable to any orders placed by the customers (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with FLANIE (hereinafter referred to as “us” or “we”) through the website or mobile website. By making a purchase on the FLANIE website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below (the “Terms”). Please keep in mind that you read and understood our Terms before proceeding with your purchase.
PRODUCT ORIGINS
We are a global company that collaborates closely with worldwide merchants from across the world. We work with a wide range of carriers in Europe, Asia, and North America, including USPS, Canada Post, and others.
Our warehouses are located all over the world, such as in Singapore, Vietnam, China and India (most in China).
SHIPPING TIME
An order confirmation email will be sent to you after you complete the purchase, including the order number and the order details. Also, a shipping confirmation email that includes the shipment information will be sent to you when the packages are sent out.
If you have not received the order confirmation email within 6 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@flaniestore.com
After you finish your transaction, it usually takes 3-5 working days for your item to be processed for stocking and shipment. You will receive an email with a Shipping Confirmation and your tracking number. To track your delivery, simply click on the link provided, and the tracking number will show on the shipping carrier’s system in about 2-5 working days.

In some reasons, the shipping time may be affected for the following reasons:
- Customization of products;
- Holidays;

- Delivery area;

- Customs;
UNABLE TO DELIVER
We could not be responsible for issuing a refund or making a replacement for an undelivered shipment under the following conditions:
– Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts by the shipping agency.
– Lost parcels as a result of mail forwarding providers.
– Customers refuse packages regardless of any reason.
If we agree to replace a lost or missing shipment, we will provide you with the shipping carrier information and tracking number linked with your order so that you can track your package.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
If your shipping address is wrong, please contact us immediately via email at support@flaniestore.com so that we can give you the best support.
Please notice that we can only change your order information within 12 hours since your purchase was completed.
If your order is being processed or has already been shipped, we cannot change the address and we will NOT be responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address entered by the buyers. The only thing we can do is provide you with the carrier’s contact so that you can change the shipping address by yourself.
